Executive Director
Crystal Johnson, a dedicated advocate for education and community empowerment, brings a wealth of experience from her roles in real estate and community engagement. As the Executive Director of One Unity Community, Crystal aims to address the intersectionality of blackness, LGBTQ+ issues, and overall wellness, driven by her commitment to inclusivity and empowerment. With a passion for public health, Crystal is pursuing a degree in Biological Sciences while running a life coaching business and raising her two sons with her wife, embodying her dedication to informed advocacy and community leadership.
Lizzie Jefferson
Regional Program Coordinator
Hi, I am Lizzie Jefferson, a community wellness facilitator, breathwork guide, and program coordinator dedicated to creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal. My work blends mindfulness, trauma-informed practices, and community engagement to make wellness accessible for people of all backgrounds. As Regional Program Coordinator, I help develop and support initiatives that strengthen community partnerships, coordinate impactful events, and expand access to health and wellness resources. I also serve as a Mindful Moment Instructor with Chicago Public Schools, where I teach students practical tools for emotional regulation, stress management, and self-awareness through mindfulness and breathwork. Outside of my nonprofit work, I’m the founder of Naturalista Healing House, a holistic wellness brand offering breathwork experiences, herbal wellness products, and astrology-informed self-reflection designed to help people reconnect with themselves. Whether I’m facilitating a workshop, collaborating with community organizations, or leading a wellness experience, my goal is to help people leave feeling more grounded, connected, and hopeful.

Gregory Williams is the founder of One United Community, established to expand access to education, promote health equity, and strengthen underserved communities. With a background in nonprofit leadership, organizational strategy, and community-centered program development, Gregory has spent his career building initiatives that align mission with measurable impact.
His work spans education, healthcare, and faith-based organizations, where he has led efforts in operational design, leadership development, and sustainable growth.
